At Harvest Fest, Fountain of Life strives to offer families a safe, fun alternative to Halloween. This community outreach is now the second largest event in Elizabeth City with crowds of over 5,000 gathering at the FOL campus for a good time. Join us! Fountain of Life is located at 1107 U.S. 17 South, Elizabeth City.
